Born with magical powers and carrying a sacred flywhisk that can command nature itself, the child hero Mwindo is feared by his father, Chief Shemwindo, who tries repeatedly to kill him.
Yet every attempt fails. Protected by powerful spirits, Mwindo survives floods, monsters, and exile. Determined to confront his father, he embarks on an epic adventure through enchanted forests and eventually descends into the underworld to battle the terrifying god Muisa.
To save his people, Mwindo must prove that true strength comes not from revenge, but from wisdom and forgiveness.
